Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to our online store. We sell digital invitations for children's parties. Before making a purchase, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Products

All of our products are digital invitations that will be delivered via email in PDF format. We do not sell physical products.

Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed directly on our website.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. The order will be processed only after the payment has been received.

Delivery

Digital invitations will be sent via email to the address provided at the time of order (estimated delivery time, 24-48 hours) from receipt of payment.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct.

Customization

If you wish to customize the invitations, you can submit a request via email. A customization fee will be applied for each request, with the amount determined at the time of the request and communicated via email.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digital and personalized, we cannot offer refunds once the order has been processed and delivered.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we can offer a full refund.

Copyright

All copyrights and trademarks related to character images belong to their respective owners and are not sold in our listings. The images are provided to customers for free. Our service consists of the time spent modifying and creating something special that people can use for their events, without claiming any ownership of the characters used.

Our printable designs are intended for home printing. You may choose to have your invitations printed at a photo lab without any issues, however, some photo labs may refuse to print images protected by copyright. In such cases, we will not issue a refund. By purchasing one of our printable designs, you agree to acknowledge these terms.

Liability

We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by errors in the email address provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on customers' monitors will match exactly the colors of the received digital invitation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
