Due to the inherent nature of digital files, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for customized items or instant download items once the file has been downloaded or sent to the recipient. 

We understand the importance of your satisfaction and offer a 5-day period for free revisions and changes. However, if you decide to proceed with printing the files without making the necessary corrections within this period, we will not be able to provide any refunds. 

This policy is necessary because you have chosen to forgo the opportunity to correct any errors before printing. 

We are always available to assist you with modifications during the revision period to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
